Hey, its decepit dog! Poor little spotted guy, he's missing massive chunks of fur. How's a dog suppose to keep warm in Thailand with no fur! I wonder if all the dogs there have the same facial expression... forlorn, rejected, dejected, hopeless, helpless, sad, miserable. BUT at least they're famous now. Now the world knows of their suffering faces.
You seriously wouldn't believe it... but I live on top of a warehouse, and there is a dog named Chee Chee that lives in/around the warehouse... who looks EXACTLY like your spotted pup. When I pulled up your page, there was Chee Chee... and I was like, "Hello Chee Chee... so, when did you meet Jess?!" Anyways... can't wait to come see somemore cute iro's (aka dogs) when I come visit you!! (Glad you can be home for Christmas... enjoy!)
